Own Finest Collectibles
Hark Lee Photography offers fine art prints of all listed images. Prints are produced with state-of-the-art large format printers and highest grade fine art papers or canvases. Archival-rated protective coatings are carefully applied for extended longevity. All prints are guaranteed to last a long period of time without noticeable color fading or deterioration of the medium, and our unique support program and lifetime warranty protect your valuable investment.
Making of Hark Lee Prints
Our prints are produced exclusively by in-house Giclée printing and meet the highest archival standards. Canon Imageprograf professional grade 12-ink inkjet printers are used, and the inks are pigment-based, fade-resistant, scratch-resistant, water-proof, and archival.
For each offered image, numerous hard-proofs are printed for extensive testing under various lighting conditions, during which color reproduction, contrast, and tonal range are optimized for the final product.
Limited Edition Prints
All limited edition collectors will be provided with two different types of artwork.
One is a fine art paper print, which is considered collectible and limited in production numbers, and the other is a fine art canvas print, which is offered for display purposes. The paper print is recommended to be stored in moist-free and UV-free environments. The canvas print can be displayed without glazing, as the protective coating will offer substantial protection. This way, the artwork can be better appreciated by viewers, and it will be significantly lightweight and less costly. Basic framing options will be offered at no cost for the canvas print (please refer to the framing section).
If the paper or canvas print is damaged or stolen, a replacement will be offered at no cost two times per artwork (upon return of the damaged product or submission of a police report). Our unique support program practically eliminates the concerns about the protection of your investment.
All images in the limited collection are produced in limited numbers. The total number of prints available for each image is 210, which is significantly smaller than what many others offer. Only ten prints are made for the largest available size, which puts Hark Lee prints closer to the true definition of collectibles. The numbers of available copies for different size options are listed in the pricing table. Every print will be inspected, numbered, and hand-signed by the artist. A certificate of authenticity will be issued with the information of the collector. Upon transfer of ownership, the new owner is advised to contact us to renew the certificate under the previous owner’s permission.
Only highest grade Hahnemuhle papers are used in the production of limited edition prints. Hahnemuhle Fine Art and Photo Rag series are the main choices, but other types of papers can be used at your request. All papers are thoroughly tested in advance before production, and they are guaranteed to meet the highest standards. Giclée printing on Hahnemuhle papers offers a unique way to combine the precision of digital imaging with traditionally crafted mediums.
Once printed, the prints are carefully dried, and they receive multiple coats of UV, water, and scratch resistant spray. Even though the coating offers primary protection from elements, the prints can still be better preserved under UV-blocking glass, which is highly recommended for display of limited edition (paper) prints.
Open Edition Prints
Highest archival quality canvas is used for open edition prints, and the prints will be subject to the same production standards as limited edition prints. When damaged or stolen, a replacement will be offered at half the original price (the damaged print should be returned or a copy of the police report is required). All prints will be individually inspected and hand-signed, but open edition prints are not limited in numbers. Basic framing options will be offered at no additional cost, please refer to the framing section.

Collectors can also submit special requests for custom sizes or coatings. Application of protective coats can be adjusted, either complete matte or gloss finish can be offered upon request. The default finish is satin.

Handling and Shipping
The conventional handling time before shipping is 4-6 business days. The artwork will be printed within two business days from the time of ordering, after which time, it will be allowed to dry for two days. When the print is fully dry, protective coats will be sprayed on, and another two days will be spent to be ready for shipping. Custom requests may extend the processing time. The print will be carefully packaged and shipped through a carrier of your choice. A tracking number will be also provided. Smaller prints will ship flat, whereas larger sizes ship rolled in tubes.
